FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE:
The senior citizens retirement living Aarogyakudumbam is situated in 10 acre plot at the foot hills of Western Ghats.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX:
Situated within 2 acre area of solar fenced compound wall.

BUILDING LAYOUT:
There are 5 blocks of ground floor.

3 RESIDENTIAL BLOCKS:
Each block has 2 cottages, two double bedded rooms, and 2 single bedded rooms. To accommodate 30 residents altogether.. All rooms are with anti skid flooring, fully furnished, running cold and hot water, land line phone for direct dialing and intercom facility.

FOURTH BLOCK:
Community hall cum library,T.V.room,office room, health care room, and a guest room.

FIFTH BLOCK:
kitchen cum dining hall.

SEPARATE ROOMS FOR THE STAFF.

COMMUNICATION:
Land line with direct dialing, intercom, at the rooms.

INTERNET BROWSING:
at the office room.

RECREATION:
Indoor games like carrom, chess,scrable,dart etc And out door minigolf course, two separate walking tracks, T.V. and well stocked library at the office block

FOOD:
Vegetarian food served at the dining hall.

SECURITY:
All round compound wall with solar fencing and watch and ward.

HEALTH CARE:
Facilities for regular B.P. sugar ckeck, emergency services with drugs,i.v.fluids,,oxygen,nebuliser etc are within the campus.

WASHING:
Residents may utilize the washing machine or the help of washer woman at nominal charges.

WITHIN THE CAMPUS.

ACTIVITIES:
Facilities for yoga, meditation, periodic health check up.

AYURVEDIC TREATMENT:
Facilities at the next door well established ayurvedic hospital.
